People

We work with intelligent, driven people who all have their preferences for communication, collaboration, growth, and feedback. As a leader, I work closely with my team to ensure that I show the way to support them to enable them to be their best.

Processes

Less is often much, much more. When looking at team processes, creating ones that support the overall team needs is essential. Open, clear, and frequent communication is critical while we also ensure that our processes are adaptable and scale up and down as needed.

Product

Aligning value to the work we make as individuals can be tricky. Working with the team, I look to unpack the value drivers of their work and ensure their work supports personal growth while supporting an organizational culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
